Tier was downgraded after changing billing account; request to restore Tier 3 granted, but not implemented

We’ve changed our billing account (from my personal to my office’s). After changing the billing account, we were downgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 1. I’ve used the form to request restoration to Tier 3, which was granted. However, the restoration was not implemented and is not reflected on our Console. This means we’re incurring hundreds of dollars of cost per day since we’re now using our fallback LLM from OpenAI. How do I contact support or ensure Tier 3 is restored?
