Is anyone else experiencing “silent” downgrades? My project was stable on Tier 3 for months, but was recently dropped to Tier 1 with zero notification or billing issues.
The Current Situation:
- Billing is Active: No lapses, no policy violations, no settings changed.
- Production Outage: We are hitting constant 429 Rate Limit errors. Tier 1 limits are insufficient for our agentic workflows.
- Console Glitch: The Cloud Quota console is “blind”—it is not reflecting our actual usage or these errors, making it impossible to manage via the UI.
Requesting Help:
- Restoration: We need Tier 3 access restored to resume production services.
- Investigation: Why did an active, paying project get downgraded automatically?
