Subject: Gemini API Project Restricted – 403 PERMISSION_DENIED – Request for Review

Hello Google Gemini API Support Team,

I created a new Google AI Studio project named “susu” on October 22, 2026.

The project immediately displayed:

  • Project status: Restricted

  • Billing tier: Free tier unavailable

When testing the Gemini API through AstrBot, I consistently receive:

403 PERMISSION_DENIED

Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.

My Google account has completed age verification, and two-step verification is enabled.

I would like to use the Gemini API for low-volume development and testing. I prefer to remain on the free tier if eligible.

Could you please review my project, clarify the reason for the access restriction, and advise whether access can be restored without enabling paid billing?

I can provide project identifiers privately if necessary.
