Hello Gemini API Team,
My Google AI Studio project shows Status: Restricted and Billing Tier: Unavailable.
I have completed age/DOB verification, phone verification, and 2-Step Verification.
Gemini API requests return 403 PERMISSION_DENIED – “Your project has been denied access.”
I am using Gemini for a low-volume university project called AI Smart Exam Success Agent and would like to use the Free Tier without enabling billing.
Please review my project access and let me know if the restriction can be removed.
