Hello Google Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access.
My Google AI Studio project is currently shown as:
Project ID: gen-lang-client-07496649..
Project status: Restricted
Billing tier: Unavailable
When I try to use the Gemini API from my Google AI Studio app, I receive:
HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”
I have already completed the following checks:
- Age verification completed
- 2-Step Verification enabled
- API key exists in Google AI Studio
- Checked the Rate Limit dashboard
- The project still shows “Restricted” and “Unavailable”
- The same 403 error continues after restoring my app to an earlier version
My intended use is low-volume personal development and testing of a nurse job-listing organization tool.
I would like to remain on the Free Tier.
Could you please manually review my project/account and let me know why the Gemini API access is restricted, and whether Free Tier access can be restored?
I have not included any API keys or private credentials.
