Hi,
I am facing a critical UI bug where my Google AI Studio account is completely stuck in “Agents” mode and I cannot switch back to standard “Models” mode.
Context:
- I upgraded my account to the Paid Tier on September 9th.
- Immediately after the upgrade, the left-side navigation options for “Chat prompt” and “Freeform prompt” completely disappeared.
- The UI default is locked to the Agent environment.
What I have tried:
- I found the toggle switch for “Models / Agents”, but when I click on “Models”, nothing changes and the screen remains on the Agents interface.
- I tried completely clearing the browser cache, using Incognito mode, and even restarted my PC, but the issue persists on all environments.
It seems like my account session or project state is completely hardlocked into the new agent interface due to a billing sync desync.
Could the engineering team please look into my account status and reset or clear the stuck session state?
