Hello Google Engineering Team,
I am currently blocked from using the AI Studio Build environment due to a persistent billing synchronization bug.
My account has been successfully upgraded to the Paid 1 Tier, auto-reload is turned ON, and I have a funded prepaid credit balance of €29.35. However, the workspace environment remains completely blocked.
I am constantly receiving the “Upgrade to continue your flow” prompt, immediately accompanied by the error: “Encountered retryable error from model provider: Agent execution terminated due to error.”
Could an engineer please trigger a manual backend synchronization for my project? Here are my project deployment details:
- Project Name: Jamuna Bridge Results Viewer
- Billing Account ID: 015124-65DB40-9BBA52
- Current Balance: €29.35 (Prepaid Tier 1)
