Description: I am reporting a persistent technical blocker in Google AI Studio. Despite having an active Google AI Premium (PRO) subscription and a linked Google Cloud Project with an increased API Spend Cap, the platform continues to trigger a quota error, preventing any interaction with the model.

  1. Upgraded to PRO Plan: Confirmed active in settings.

  2. Increased API Spend Cap: Extended the limit by 30% to ensure sufficient billing headroom.

  4. Cache Cleared: Refreshed sessions and cleared browser data.

Error Messages Received:

  • Daily limit reached/Upgrade prompt.

Account Impact: This issue is preventing the development and deployment of my app. The system fails to recognize the paid status of the account, effectively locking me out of the service I am paying for.
