Hello Google Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of the Gemini API access for my Google Cloud project.
Project name: SNAX Enterprise
Project ID: snax-enterprise
Google AI Studio currently shows:
- Project Status: Restricted
- Billing Tier: Unavailable
Gemini API requests consistently return:
HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED
Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.
I have already completed the recommended troubleshooting steps:
- Date of birth / age information is correctly configured
- Phone number is verified
- 2-Step Verification is enabled
- Gemini API is enabled on the Google Cloud project
- There are no suspension or policy alerts visible in Google Cloud Console
- I created a new Gemini API key after completing these verification steps
- I tested the new key with a minimal request, but the same 403 error persists
This appears to be a project/account-level Gemini API access restriction rather than an API key or application configuration issue.
I would like to use the Gemini API for development and testing of SNAX, an AI-assisted business software project. I would prefer to remain on the Free Tier at this stage.
Could you please manually review the access status of this project and restore Gemini API access if the restriction was applied in error?
I have not included any API keys or private credentials.
