Hello Google Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access.
My Google AI Studio project Sharad AI Production (sharad-ai-production) is currently showing:
- Project Status: Restricted
- Billing Tier: Unavailable
- Rate Limit: API access is restricted
API requests from my WordPress application consistently return:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED
Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.
I have already completed the recommended account verification steps:
- Phone verification completed
- 2-Step Verification enabled
- Date of birth is configured on my Google Account
I am using Gemini API for legitimate, low-volume development and testing of a website sales-assistant chatbot.
I would prefer to use the eligible Free Tier for development/testing and do not want to enable paid billing at this stage.
Could you please manually review the Gemini API access restriction on this project and restore API access if the restriction was applied in error?
I can provide screenshots, project details, timestamps, or additional technical information if required.
For security reasons, I have not included my API key or any private credentials.
