My admin has enable Conversation history & deletion from the workspace account but I can't delete chats

I’ve run into a data limit on my Workspace account and can’t upload any new files until I clear out old chats, Gems, or files. The conversation history and deletion have already been enabled by the admin, but I still don’t have the option to delete chats on my end.
