Hello, I built an app called Jerry Sneakers in Google AI Studio, and the app is working correctly. I’m trying to publish it using the free Starter Tier, but when I select Publish → Get started, I’m taken to a screen showing “Setup billing” and “Refresh.”

Hello, I built an app called Jerry Sneakers in Google AI Studio, and the app is working correctly.

I’m trying to publish it using the free Starter Tier, but when I select Publish → Get started, I’m taken to a screen showing “Setup billing” and “Refresh.” Refreshing does not change anything.

The app is using the Default Gemini project. I also tried connecting the project to GitHub, but GitHub repeatedly gives me “Something went wrong. Please try logging in again,” even though I can log into GitHub normally through Safari.

I do not want to add a payment method or enable billing. Could you please help me access the free Starter Tier publishing option or explain why it is unavailable for my project?
