Google AI Studio Starter Tier missing when trying to publish my app

Hello,

I created a full-stack application in Google AI Studio Build Mode.

The application works correctly in the AI Studio Preview.

However, when I try to publish it, the “Confirm project and billing” screen only shows:

- Gemini API

- No billing setup

- Set up billing

- Refresh

The free Starter Tier publishing option is not appearing.

I have refreshed multiple times, but the result is unchanged.

My Google AI Studio Projects page shows:

- Project: Gemini API

- 2 API keys

- Billing tier: Free tier

- No billing account

I do not want to enable paid Cloud Billing or add a payment method just to publish the application.

Please check whether Starter Tier publishing is available for my account/project and whether the Starter Tier deployment entitlement needs to be provisioned.

Hello Google AI Studio Team,

I have the same issue.

My Google AI Studio Build application works correctly in Preview, but when I click Publish, the Confirm project and billing screen only shows:

The free Starter Tier option does not appear.

I have refreshed multiple times, but nothing changes.

I do not want to enable paid Cloud Billing or add a payment method. According to the Google AI Studio documentation, Starter Tier should allow up to 2 full-stack applications to be published without a billing account.

Please check and provision Starter Tier eligibility for my account/project.

Hello all,

Not all accounts are eligible for The Starter Tier. Please check out the caveats mentioned in the Google AI Studio deployment documentation. Eligibility is determined automatically, and we cannot review Starter Tier access manually.

You might want to consider linking a Cloud Billing account to your project.
