Google AI Pro subscription is active in Google One, but not recognized in AI Studio

Hello,

I have an active Google AI Pro (5 TB) subscription on my Google account (it works properly in the Gemini web interface and is active in Google One).

However, in Google AI Studio, my subscription status is not recognized / disappeared, and I am not getting the subscription benefits / higher limits associated with my plan.

Troubleshooting steps already attempted:

  • Signed out and signed back in.
  • Cleared cookies and browser cache / tested in Incognito.
  • Verified that I am using the exact same Google account where the plan was purchased.

Could someone from the team please check the entitlement sync between my Google One account and AI Studio?

Certain network IPs or regions may prevent subscriptions that should normally work in Google AI Studio from taking effect.

If you are using a VPN, please try the following:

• Switching to a different region

• Choosing an IP address that has not been flagged or blocked
