MAJOR BUG: Active Jio AI Pro Subscription Not Syncing with AI Studio & Flow

Dear Google AI Support Team,

I am facing a critical backend sync issue with my account. I have successfully claimed and activated the Google AI Pro plan (18-months) offered through Jio. However, Google AI Studio and Google Labs are not recognizing my active subscription.

The system is treating me as a free user and blocking all my video generation access.

(Note: As a new forum user, I can only upload 1 image per post. I am attaching the proof of my active Google One AI Pro subscription here. I will upload the screenshots of the API and Video generation errors in the replies below).

It is 100% clear that my active Jio AI Pro subscription has not been synced with my developer/API profile in your backend. Could you please investigate and manually sync my subscription status?

Here is the first proof. This is a screenshot of my API Keys page in Google AI Studio.
​As you can see, my API key is stuck on the ‘Free tier’ and the system is asking me to ‘Set up billing’. It is completely ignoring my active Jio AI Pro subscription which I attached in the main post.
