Hi everyone,
I have an active 18-month Google Pro subscription provided through Jio on this account, but my account is not receiving the expected Pro tier features across developer tools.
Specifically:
- My Pro status is reflected/recognized in Google AI Studio.
- I am unable to access Gemini Pro Latest in the models. While this was working till 17th Sep.
I have already tried:
- Logging out and logging back in.
- Clearing browser cache and cookies.
- Checking my active plan under account subscription settings (which confirms Pro is active via Jio).
Could someone please help look into why this Pro tier entitlement are missing on my account, or how I can get them synced correctly?
