I am experiencing a persistent issue where my Google AI Pro account is being treated as a “Free Tier” user within the Antigravity environment.
Despite having an active Pro subscription, all models (Gemini 3 Pro, Claude 4.5, etc.) are showing a 6 to 7-day lockout timer (6d 23h). Usually, these quotas should refresh every 5 hours for Pro users.
Key details:
Subscription: Google AI Pro (Confirmed active).
Behavior: The Quota Monitor shows 80-100% capacity available, but the “Rolling Window” timer is stuck at ~7 days.
Activity: I haven’t used the models heavily recently, yet the lockout remains.
Has anyone else encountered this “Tier Misalignment” bug? Is there a way to force a re-sync of my subscription status, or can a moderator look into my account’s entitlement?
I wanted to share an update because I finally managed to resolve this issue after contacting customer support. If you are experiencing this “Tier Misalignment” (getting a 7-day lockout despite being a Pro user), the standard troubleshooting steps might not be enough.
Here is the specific sequence that fixed it for me:
Revoke Access: Go to your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party apps & services) and remove/delete the Antigravity connection entirely.
Re-login: Go back to the Antigravity environment and log in again from scratch.
Age Verification: After logging in, I was prompted to perform an age verification. Complete this step immediately.
Sync: Once the verification was processed, the system correctly recognized my Pro subscription, and the 5-hour reset window returned to normal.
It seems the lockout is often triggered by a verification “hang-up” in the background rather than actual usage. I hope this helps anyone else stuck in a 6-7 day loop!
I followed steps 1 and 2 but the age verification wasnt prompted for me. Just to confirm — is step 2 supposed to be signing out and back into the Antigravity desktop app? Please let me know if I’m missing something.
A Partial Provisioning Bug exists on my Google AI Pro account
Evidence from Model Quota Screen:
Gemini 3.1 Pro: Correctly shows a 5-hour refresh.
Claude Sonnet/Opus 4.6: Shows a 115-hour refresh (Weekly Limit).
This proves the account is recognized as Pro for Google-native models. However, it is on the Free-Tier Weekly Cap for partner models (Claude/GPT-OSS).
The account was subscribed on Feb 20th. The local AppData has been cleared and 3rd party permissions have been revoked and re-granted. The issue is server-side. Please sync my Partner Model entitlements to the Pro tier.
Hey, in Google Fast, it keeps having an error that makes it so I can’t do more than one search. Also, how often does Google Pro allow me to go again? Because I heard 5 hours, but it often makes one full day, aka, 24 hours, or just straight up doesn’t at all.
If yours does the same say “aye”, because it seems to be only me on this kind of thing.
Also, if your giving me instructions, make easy, I’m still 13, turning 14 over spring break, I still don’t know most stuff about google nor this chrome.
