[BUG] Pro Tier Misalignment: Models locked for 5 days instead of 5 hours in Antigravity

Hello Google Team,

I am experiencing the known “Tier Misalignment” / Quota bug in the Antigravity desktop app. I am an active Google AI Pro subscriber, but my quotas for advanced models (Gemini 3.1 Pro, Claude Opus 4.6, etc.) are currently stuck on a 5-day refresh timer instead of the expected 5-hour refresh for Pro users.

Steps I’ve already taken to troubleshoot on my end:

  1. Completely signed out and revoked Antigravity access in my Google Account security settings.

  2. Performed a clean reinstall (wiped %appdata% and %localappdata% folders).

  3. Flushed DNS and switched network connections.

  4. Authorized the app again from scratch.

Despite a fresh login and a deep sync, the 5-day lock persists. It seems my account is stuck on the free-tier weekly baseline rather than recognizing my Pro subscription limits.

Could an engineer please take a look and manually reset the quota lock / sync my Pro tier?

I’m experiencing the same issue as well. I am an active Google AI Pro subscriber, but the Antigravity desktop app is showing the free-tier quota limits, with a 5-day refresh timer instead of the expected 5-hour refresh for Pro users.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

  • Logging out and logging back into the app

  • Clearing local app data and cache

  • Switching networks and refreshing the session

Unfortunately, the quota timer is still stuck on the weekly (free-tier) refresh, so it seems like my Pro subscription is not syncing correctly with the app.

It would be great if someone from the team could check whether this is a tier synchronization issue and help reset or resync the quota limits.

URGENT UPDATE: My 1000 AI backup credits are now completely depleted because the app forced me to use them due to this bug. As a paying Google AI Pro subscriber, I am now 100% blocked from working in Antigravity. I am paying for a service I cannot use. Could a staff member please escalate this and manually sync my Pro tier quotas? I desperately need to continue my work.
