I wanted to share my experience regarding the “Account Not Eligible” login loop issue that occurred on my paid Google AI Premium / Pro account.
After troubleshooting, I found that the issue stems from an identity/age verification sync failure between the IDE client and Google’s backend. Here is the clean method that resolved the issue for me:
- Re-authenticating via Older Builds: I downgraded/switched my environment to Antigravity IDE version 2.0.
- Forcing the Sync: Once logged in, attempting to initiate a new chat conversation successfully forced the backend to trigger the missing Identity/Age Verification Pop-up.
- Completion: After completing the prompt verification window on the browser, returning to the IDE and performing a clean sign-in fully restored the Pro entitlement status.
Note on Login Limits: If you face a network rate-limit (“Too Many Attempts”) due to repeated testing during this loop, simply completing the security check using an alternative verified backup security number or dynamic network route will clear the device block safely.
