Hi team,
I am locked out of Google Antigravity during onboarding with the following error:
“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Your account is not eligible for Gemini Code Assist for individuals at this time.”
Account Information:
-
Account:
Personal Account Can't share in public -
Account Type: Standard Personal Google Account (
@gmail.com) -
Subscription & Quota: Active Google AI Pro plan. Checked quota usage and it is at 1% current / 0% weekly limit (well within limits).
-
OS / Client: Windows 10/11, running the latest Antigravity build (
agy).
Issue Summary:
This account was working completely fine in Antigravity previously. Without any account changes, signing in began triggering this eligibility failure.
Troubleshooting Already Attempted:
-
Completely wiped local session/cache directories:
-
%LOCALAPPDATA%\antigravity -
%LOCALAPPDATA%\agy -
%APPDATA%\antigravity
-
-
Killed background
language_serverand Antigravity processes in Task Manager. -
Revoked existing OAuth connections under Google Account settings (
[``myaccount.google.com/connections``](``https://myaccount.google.com/connections``)). -
Verified environment variables (no rogue
GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECToverrides set). -
Submitted in-app feedback logs directly from the client.
Since this appears to be a backend sync issue (IAM shadow project / entitlement lock FREE_TIER_USER_NOT_ELIGIBLE), could an engineer or community manager please review my account ID and refresh the onboarding entitlement?
Thank you!
