My Default Gemini Project was unexpectedly downgraded, even though my account is currently on Tier 1 and my billing account still has approximately $9.30 in available balance.
Because of this, I can no longer access the Gemini 2.5 Flash model through the API. Other API functionality appears to work, but Gemini 2.5 Flash is unavailable.
Could you please review my account and project configuration and let me know whether there are any restrictions, eligibility requirements, or configuration issues preventing access to Gemini 2.5 Flash?
