Hello Google Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API project.
My Gemini API requests are currently rejected with:
HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”
Project name: My Project 102..
Project ID: endless-sprite-5095..
Project number: 5592761944..
I have already verified the following:
- Gemini API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) is enabled.
- I am the Owner of the Google Cloud project.
- My Google Account is 18+ and the date of birth is verified.
- Phone verification has been completed.
- 2-Step Verification is enabled.
- The project can be selected normally in Google Cloud Console.
- The project currently has no billing account attached.
- I have tested the Gemini API from Google Apps Script and the request reaches Google’s API, but GenerateContent returns HTTP 403.
- Google AI Studio currently cannot list my models or Cloud projects and shows “permission denied”.
My intended use is a small personal productivity/journal application. I only need low-volume Gemini API access to summarize my own daily journal entries.
I would prefer to continue using the Gemini API Free Tier if possible.
Could you please manually review the access/security status of this project and let me know whether an account, project, eligibility, or Trust & Safety restriction is preventing Gemini API access?
I have not included any API keys or private credentials in this post.
