URGENT: for some reason, even after spending hundreds of euros on your API, I was still stuck at Tier 1… I reached out via the upgrade request form yesterday and got an email this morning that I was upgraded to Tier 2. Everything was going well, until I just noticed that I was on Tier 1 again and people were complaining that my app was broken.
How can this even happen… please fix it ASAP, this is causing real damage.
