Urgent Quota Lockout on New Account

Hello Antigravity Support,

I am a Google AI Pro subscriber experiencing a persistent quota lockout in the Antigravity IDE: it’s showing Starter Quota instead of the AI Pro plan quota. The lockout shows a 7-day wait instead of the expected 5-hour refresh.

Attachement of the issue:

Account details:

  • Plan: Google AI Pro (active)
  • Account age: less than 5 days
  • Country: France
  • IDE version: [2.5.5
  • OS: macOS 26.6.2 (25G83)

Troubleshooting already attempted:

  • Cleared all local cache (Cache, GPUCache, Session Storage, Local Storage)
  • Cleared IDE-specific paths (~/.antigravity, ~/.gemini/antigravity, HTTPStorages)
  • Revoked Antigravity access via Google Security → Third-party access, re-authenticated
  • Ran “Antigravity: Reset onboarding” via Command Palette
  • Tested in clean browser profile / incognito
  • Verified subscription is active on myaccount.google.com

Request: Please verify my account’s entitlement mapping and perform a manual quota reset. I suspect the issue may be related to the account being newly created (entitlement propagation delay or misclassification to free-tier weekly limits).

Hi @Deus_Wali,

Thank you for providing your details.

Please check the following backend eligibility factors:

  1. New-Account Propagation (24–48 Hours), Terms of Service Country, & 18+ Age Verification:
  2. Check Your Plan Status in Antigravity App (v2.26.0) or Antigravity CLI (v1.4.7):
    • Since your screenshot is from the standalone Antigravity IDE (v2.5.5), please check whether signing in with the same account in Antigravity App (v2.26.0) (Settings > Models & Usage) or Antigravity CLI (agy) (/usage — Slash Commands) displays Your Plan: Google AI Pro or Antigravity Starter Quota.

If your account still shows Antigravity Starter Quota more than 48 hours after subscribing and completing age verification, please submit an entitlement sync request through Google AI Pro & Ultra - Google One Help (How do I upgrade to a paid Google AI plan?) and submit an in-app feedback report from Antigravity.

Hello Rebbanpalli,

Thanks for your reply. It has been helpful. I have tried age verification; after that, the AI Pro plan is now reflecting both the Antigravity app and IDE. However, I have to say that this is not obvious to know. Antigravity didn’t signal what the issue was (in this case, age verification). Hence, this leads to a lot of frustration and time wasted researching the internet, reading forums, and blindly troubleshooting. In my case, I have an urgent production demo the following day, and I spent hours just trying to resolve this issue.

I would suggest that Antigravity gives hint of what is wrong in case one facing issue become, the Antigravity FAQ didn’t help, and believe me, I read it through.
