Google AI Pro active but Antigravity still shows Starter Quota

Hi Google Antigravity team,

I have an active Google AI Pro subscription on my Google account.

However, in Google Antigravity → Settings → Models & Usage, it still shows:

“Your Plan: Antigravity Starter Quota”

It also says:

“This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.”

My Google AI Studio account shows PRO, and I have already restarted Antigravity.

The Gemini and Claude/GPT model sections in Antigravity currently show 0% weekly limit remaining.

Could you please check my Google AI Pro entitlement and explain why the Pro rate limits have not been applied to my Antigravity account?

Thank you for reporting this issue and sharing your subscription details and error text. This discrepancy occurs when the local Antigravity client’s cached OAuth token and entitlement claims fail to re-sync with your Google account’s updated Google AI Pro tier status. Since you have already restarted Antigravity, restarting alone does not flush the local OAuth token cache.

To refresh your account entitlement and apply your Pro rate limits in Antigravity, please follow these steps:

  • Verify Subscription Renewal Status: Visit https://one.google.com/settings to ensure your Google AI Pro / Google One AI Premium subscription is fully active and not in a pending renewal or hold state.
  • Refresh Account Entitlement via Reset Onboarding: Open Google Antigravity, press `Ctrl+Shift+P` (Windows/Linux) or `Cmd+Shift+P` (macOS) to open the Command Palette, and select **Antigravity: Reset Onboarding** (or click the Accounts menu at the bottom-left of the IDE, sign out, and sign back in). This flushes the cached local OAuth token and forces a fresh entitlement handshake with Google’s authentication servers upon re-logging in.
  • Verify Updated Plan Status: After signing back in, return to **Settings > Models & Usage** to confirm your plan status updates to reflect your active Pro tier limits.
  • Update to the Latest Release: Check for IDE updates via `Help > Check for Updates…` (or download the latest installer from Google Antigravity - Releases) to ensure you have the latest entitlement cache synchronization logic.
