Account ineligible for higher rate limits despite active Google AI Pro & Verified 18+ (US)

Hi Antigravity Team,

I have an active Google AI Pro (5 TB) subscription on my personal Google account, but Antigravity is showing the Starter Quota and refusing higher rate limits.

Current status:

- Google One plan: Google AI Pro (5 TB), US plan billed at $19.99/month, member since October 8, 2026.

- Google Terms of Service country: United States.

- Age verification: completed (“Your age is verified”).

- Antigravity Models & Usage: “Your Plan: Antigravity Starter Quota” and “This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.”

- Gemini Models weekly limit remaining: 0% (refreshes in 6 days, 18 hours). Claude and GPT models show 100%.

I have already tried:

- Updating to the latest Antigravity version.

- Running “Antigravity: Reset Onboarding”.

- Deleting the ~/.antigravity cache.

- Clearing cookies and re-authenticating.

- Confirming that Antigravity is signed in with the same Google account that has the active Pro subscription.

Could you please check the entitlement mapping on the backend and sync my Google AI Pro rate limits? If this account is intentionally mapped to Starter Quota, please explain why and what needs to be corrected.

I have attached screenshots of the Models & Usage tab, the Google One Pro plan, and the Age Verification status.

Thank you!

Hi @li_lan,

Welcome to the Forum!.

Please check the following to help us isolate whether this is specific to the standalone IDE session or your account’s backend entitlement sync:

  1. Test in the Antigravity App (v2.25.0) or Antigravity CLI (agy):

    • Your first screenshot is from the standalone Antigravity IDE (v2.5.5). Please sign in with the same Google Account in the Antigravity App (v2.25.0) or the Antigravity CLI (agy) (run agy, sign in, and run /usage — Model quotas (/usage)) to check whether your Google AI Pro plan is recognized there or if it also shows Antigravity Starter Quota.
  2. Revoke the Cached OAuth Grant & Check Payment Profile Country:

  3. Details Needed for a Backend Entitlement Check:

    • If the account still shows Antigravity Starter Quota across surfaces, you can submit an upgrade and entitlement request (How do I upgrade to a paid Google AI plan?) and submit a report directly from your signed-in session using the in-app feedback option (so your diagnostic metadata is securely attached without posting your email address publicly), then reply here with:
      1. Whether the Antigravity App (v2.25.0) or Antigravity CLI (agy) shows the same Antigravity Starter Quota status
      2. Whether your personal account uses a standard @gmail.com address (rather than a custom domain email) and whether the Google AI Pro (5 TB) membership started on October 8, 2026 is currently in an introductory trial period or actively billed
      3. Your operating system, exact Antigravity version, and the approximate timestamp (with timezone) of your last sign-in attempt

Hello Google Antigravity Team,

I am experiencing the same issue with my Google AI Pro subscription and would appreciate your assistance.

I currently have an active Google AI Pro subscription (5 TB), registered in Finland, which is a supported region.

Initially, I received a notification from Google One stating that some of my AI Pro benefits were restricted due to age requirements. Since then, I have successfully completed Google’s official age verification process, and my account now confirms that I am 18 or older.

However, Google Antigravity still displays “Antigravity Starter Quota” instead of recognizing my Google AI Pro benefits. The application also shows the following message:

This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.

I have already tried signing out and signing back in, restarting the application, and resetting local application data, but the issue remains unresolved.

Could you please investigate whether my account’s subscription entitlements have been updated following age verification? I would also appreciate it if you could check whether an outdated age-related eligibility restriction is still affecting my access to the higher Antigravity rate limits.

I understand that eligibility and subscription synchronization may involve additional checks, and I would be grateful for any guidance on resolving this issue.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Best regards.
