URGENT: Project stuck on Tier 1 in AI Studio but GCP shows Tier 3 (About to hit TPM limits)

Hi team,

My project was previously on Paid Tier 3, but it was automatically downgraded to Tier 1 due to a temporary credit card failure.

I have since updated my card, and my billing account is now 100% healthy and active. However, the systems seem to be out of sync. While my Google Cloud Console Quotas page shows that my Tier 3 limits are back, Google AI Studio is still stuck on Tier 1.

I am currently at 1.84M / 2M TPM on Gemini 3 Flash and am about to hit rate limits for my production app. Could an

engineer please take a look and manually sync my account back to Tier 3?

I am experiencing the same issue. My project previously showed Tier 2 limits, but AI Studio now shows Tier 1 limits in Usage / Rate Limits, while Billing still shows paid Tier 2. I already submitted the Rate Limit Upgrade form as suggested, but the tier did not change. Could someone from the team confirm whether this is a quota entitlement sync issue or an AI Studio display issue?
