As I mentioned in the title, I’m struggling with my api limit(Tier) issue.
I can see lots of other cases who suffered from same issues with me.
The problem is:
- I can’t see any ‘upgrade’ button in my Google AI Studio and it’s still stuck in Tier1.
- I’ve paid more than $2,000 total with my project.
- Also, more than 1 month has past.
I’ve already filled out the forms for requesting the Tier, but they advised me to contact here.
I spent about 2 weeks with this issue, please help me out.

Unfortunately, I’ve already contacted with cloud billing team.
They told me that they can only help with billing issues, but this problem is about limit quota, so advised me to contact here.
