Hi Google AI Team / Community Managers,
I am facing a severe backend account sync loop that has completely locked me out of using my Gemini API keys. I am a developer on a strict budget, and I cannot afford a duplicate payment to start fresh, so I need human intervention to clear this backend glitch.
The Issue:

I made a ₹1,000 prepayment to upgrade my AI Studio account.

The payment cleared successfully. My Google AI Studio Billing page clearly reflects a prepay credit balance of ₹1,000.00.

However, my underlying Cloud Billing account has been marked as Closed, and the system shows the error message: “You can’t reopen this billing account because this account is not in good standing.”

Because the billing account is closed, my API keys are broken with an “Error during billing setup” alert.
The Automated Billing Assistant chatbot refuses to connect me to a human specialist because it incorrectly flags the closed account as being on a “Free Trial” restriction line.
