I am writing to urgently request your assistance regarding my prepayment billing account, as I cannot modify or fix the billing settings from my end due to system permission restrictions.
On April 10, 2026, I made a prepayment of 130,000 KRW to use the Gemini API via Google AI Studio. I had been using the API without any issues for the past two months with this budget. I have recently confirmed that a remaining balance of 128,211 KRW is still sits safely in my Google Cloud Console.
However, since yesterday, my service has suddenly stopped working, and I am repeatedly receiving a 429 Resource Exhausted (Prepayment credits are depleted) error. My Google AI Studio project can no longer recognize or pull from this existing cloud prepayment balance, showing a “Credit Balance: ₩0” status instead.
When I tried to change the billing configuration to reconnect the account, the system blocked me with an error message saying “No billing accounts available” (사용할 수 있는 결제 계정이 없음). There is absolutely nothing I can change or fix from my user console.
Therefore, I request that your team manually review this issue and take the following actions:
- Manually restore/link the remaining 128,211 KRW back into my Google AI Studio credit balance so I can continue using the Gemini API as before.
