I am experiencing the widespread Tier 1 billing/prepay synchronization bug currently being reported by other developers this week.
My linked Google Cloud Billing Account has a healthy, unspent prepaid balance, and my project is well below its limits. However, the AI Studio payments interface is completely blind to my funds—it is showing a credit balance of A$0.00, displaying no transaction history, and completely freezing my API access with a 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED ("Your prepayment credits are depleted") error.
Could a moderator please look at my project data and manually trigger a billing synchronization to restore my access? Here are my exact account details:
