Hi Antigravity Community and Google Support Team,
I am writing this post as a last resort. My Gemini services (Gemini CLI and Code Assist) have been disabled for over 10 days with the following error: "This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service (403)."
My Situation:
-
Account Type: Google One AI Premium (Pro) - I am a legitimate, paying subscriber.
-
Activity: I use Gemini primarily for professional Python development (Scrapy, OpenCV, and browser compilation).
-
Trigger: The block occurred after I tested an open-source IDE extension (OpenClaw) for code completion. I now realize this may have caused abnormal traffic patterns or OAuth fingerprint issues.
Actions Taken (and why I am frustrated):
-
Immediate Remediation: I have already uninstalled all third-party tools, revoked OAuth permissions via myaccount.google.com, and cleared all local caches.
-
Email Appeal: I sent a formal appeal to
gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.commore than 10 days ago, but I have received zero response—not even an automated confirmation. -
Google One Support: I contacted Google One support multiple times. While they confirmed my subscription is active, they stated they lack the technical authorization to lift Cloud-level ToS flags and told me to wait for the email team.
The Problem: As a paying Pro member, I am essentially being charged for a service I cannot access. The lack of communication for over 10 days is unacceptable for a professional development tool.
Request: Can a Moderator or Google Staff member please escalate this case? I am fully committed to using only official Google extensions (Cloud Code) moving forward. I just need a manual review to clear this false-positive flag so I can get back to work.
Thank you for your help.
