Paid Antigravity Pro Subscriber — Code Assist Disabled (403 ToS), No Email Response for 8 Days

Hi Google Support Team,

My Code Assist access has been disabled with the 403 “violation of Terms of Service” error.

**Facts:**

- Account: Personal Gmail (South Korea)

- Subscription: Paid Antigravity Pro (active, currently being billed)

- Affected tools: Gemini CLI, Antigravity IDE, VS Code Gemini Code Assist Extension

- All third-party integrations have been removed

- Appeal email sent to gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com on **Feb 18, 2026** — no response after 8 business days

- Follow-up email sent on **Feb 26, 2026**

I am aware of Varun Mohan’s statement that Google “will get a path for [affected users] to come back on.” I would like to be included in this reinstatement process.

My subscription continues to be charged while the service is inaccessible.

Thank you.

Hi @Ethan_PARK1 ,

We have heard your feedback regarding recent bans linked to third-party tool usage. We are currently rolling out a system-wide automated unban for all affected accounts. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the Antigravity experience.” #terms

Hello @Ethan_PARK1,

Following up on this thread—are you still experiencing these account bans, or have your Pro accounts been restored? Please let us know if you are still locked out so we can track if this issue is ongoing.
