Hi everyone and Google Support Team,
I am writing to seek help with a 403 “Terms of Service violation” restriction on my Google AI Pro account. I am a paying Google One subscriber and primarily use Antigravity for my development work.
Issue Summary:
-
Subscription: Google AI Pro (via Google One)
-
Error Code: 403 — “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.”
-
Cause: Unintentional use of the OpenClaw third-party wrapper.
What Happened: I was using OpenClaw to interface with my models, unaware that using my personal OAuth credentials in a third-party tool was a violation of the Terms of Service. As soon as I realized this was the cause of the restriction, I immediately:
-
Revoked all OAuth permissions for OpenClaw.
-
Deleted the tool and all associated configurations.
-
Cleared my browser cache and restarted my environment.
Status of Appeals: My account was briefly restored for a few hours but was restricted again shortly after. I have submitted the formal appeal form three times over the last few days but have not received a human response or a path toward permanent reinstatement.
Request: I understand why the automated system flagged my account, but I have now fully complied with the ToS and removed the offending software.
-
Can a Community Manager or Engineer please escalate this for a manual review?
-
I give full permission for Google engineers to inspect my account activity to verify that the unauthorized usage has ceased.
I’ve been a loyal Google user for years and rely on Antigravity for my professional projects. I would appreciate any guidance on how to prove my compliance and get back to work.
Thank you,
