I am posting here to seek community guidance and hopefully escalation to the engineering team regarding my suspended Antigravity access.
Issue Summary:
• Product: Google Antigravity / Gemini Code Assist
• Error: 403 — “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service”
• Account:
• Subscription: Google One AI Pro (active, paid)
• Region: China
• Appeal Email Sent To: gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com
• Date Email Sent: March 10, 2026
What Happened:
My Antigravity and Gemini Code Assist access was suspended without prior warning. I received no notification explaining which specific ToS rule was violated.
My Usage:
I am a software developer. I use Antigravity exclusively through the official IDE for personal development work — writing code, debugging, and learning. I have not knowingly used any unauthorized third-party tools or wrappers (e.g., OpenClaw) to access Antigravity OAuth credentials.
Request:
Could a community manager or product expert please help escalate this for a manual review? I am a paying subscriber and rely on this service for my daily workflow.
Following up on this thread—are you still experiencing these account bans, or have your Pro accounts been restored? Please let us know if you are still locked out so we can track if this issue is ongoing.
@Abhijit_Pramanik I’ve encountered the same issue. I didn’t use Google’s API in OpenClaw; I only used it in Claude. I am aware that this constitutes a violation and have already submitted an appeal form, promising not to use Google’s API in any other products. If I need to use it in the future, I will do so through Google’s official software. I hope you can help lift the 403 restriction on my account. Thank you very much. I rely on these tools for my daily work and am a big fan of Google’s products.
@Abhijit_Pramanik I had the same issue as lei_yin today by setting up a bridge for claude code, I was just now banned from AG. I submitted an appeal and I’m waiting, I was really not aware of my violation, I wish this had been clearer or Gemini should refuse to create anything that violates the ToS. A better solution is needed as I had to reschedule an interview because of this. I’m a big fan of AG. Thanks!
@Abhijit_Pramanik I am experiencing the exact same issue. My Antigravity / Gemini CLI access was recently suspended with a “Terms of Service violation” error.
I have already submitted an official appeal form. If I inadvertently violated the rules (such as using unauthorized third-party integrations), I sincerely apologize. I assure you that moving forward, I will strictly comply with the Terms of Service and only use the API through Google’s official software and interfaces.
I heavily rely on these tools for my daily development work and would be extremely grateful if you could help review my case and lift the 403 restriction on my account. Thank you very much for your time and support!
I have the same issue now, I’m just using Claude Code and Gemini to work together, but I use in different consoles, I don’t know why I can’t use my own accounts to work as I want in my computer. I’m not using anything directly from the IDE
