Antigravity / Gemini Code Assist Disabled (403 ToS Violation) - Appeal Assistance Needed

Hi Antigravity Community & Support,

My Gemini Code Assist / Antigravity is disabled:
“This service has been disabled… violation of Terms of Service” (403).

I’m a paid Google One AI Premium user, only personal coding.

Triggered by OpenClaw OAuth — honest mistake.

Already:
• Stopped all third-party tools
• Revoked accesses
• Cleared tokens

Sent email appeal on Feb 11 — no reply yet.

Any extra steps here? Can moderators escalate?

I will use only official Antigravity from now on.

Thanks!
Vadim

I can’t log in into my account,

2026-02-19 19:13:42.241 [error] Error confirming user for service: This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of
Service. If you believe this is an error, contact gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com.

I wrote to that email, but no reply. I am paying customer and i got locked out for a day already, this is crazy.

I’ve never used multiple accounts, the only extension I’ve used is a antigravity cockpit to track quota. So today they released native tracking quota functionality, but before i even was able to check it – I’ve got a ban (for doing the same thing from extension side)

This is crazy man… I have Google One sub as well. I hope that someone form their team will see this threat and help us.

And yea, I’ve sent the email to the same address about week ago - no reply from their team yet.

Same EXACT situation here. Thought openclaw oauth was a legitimate thing due to YouTubers showing how easy it is to authenticate.

I’m stuck with Google pro account that I can’t use.

I subscribed to Pro on an annually. I sent them an email 10 days ago, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Hi @vadim

We have heard your feedback regarding recent bans linked to third-party tool usage. We are currently rolling out a system-wide automated unban for all affected accounts. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the Antigravity experience. #terms

Hello @vadim @Alex0007 @jxain8n @Crash_Car_Vin,

Following up on this thread—are you still experiencing these account bans, or have your Pro accounts been restored? Please let us know if you are still locked out so we can track if this issue is ongoing.

Hi Abhinav,

My Antigravity access just got disabled (Terms of Service violation).

I’m a paid Pro user (annual payment ) and was only use it for personal projects . The only thing I can think of is that I connected OpenCode via OAuth — and i accept my mistake

Since then, I’ve already:

  • Stopped using any third-party tools

  • Revoked all access

  • Cleared tokens
