HI team, I have been on Tier 2/3 of gemini and has been using the limits and have been paying properly all the times.
Today morning I saw the error - You’ve reached the billing account tier cap and service has been paused as I had been downgraded to Tier 1.
All the workflows of my clients stopped midway and am facing big challenges with this here. Would love some support and quick movement to Tier 2/3 whatever applicable in my case.
