Downgraded from tier 3 to tier 1

My billing account was previously approved and operating on Paid Tier 3. However, it has been silently downgraded to Paid Tier 1 without any notification. I am currently hard-capped at a($250 USD) limit, and my service has been unexpectedly paused.

We have spent more than 2000 USD on this account and we were on Tier 3 till yesterday and suddenly we have been dropped to Tier 1. Request urgent help

I have the same issue, my billing account was silently downgraded from Tier 2 to Tier 1 causing all requests to fail.

Yes, i was told my google support to post here. Is there any one from Google support that can help. We have live active project with more than 3000 concurrent users, our billing account has spent upwords of 2000 USD in last 3 months with expected spends 1000 USD per month, this downtime hurts the product and creates doubts about reliability of the product

I have the same issue today. When I manually deposit any amount in the AI Studio, it triggers a refresh to upgrade my account from Tier 1 to Tier 3 again. However, this only fixes the issue temporarily. The automatic downgrade happens after a short period; for me, it takes about an hour.
