We have an urgent production outage.

Our project was upgraded to Tier 3 three days ago, but yesterday it silently reverted back to Tier 1 without any action from our side and without any notification.
The billing account currently shows:
Paid 3 · No billing account tier cap
There are no overdue payments or billing issues.
This silent downgrade caused our production system to go down with exceeded monthly spending cap.
Could someone please check this ASAP and restore the project to Tier 3?
