Urgent, 429 in production, nowhere near spend cap

I have a tier 3 account, spent many thousands, always paid promptly. Production all of a sudden goes offline because all requests return 429 spend cap reached but it is nowhere near the limit. I’ve just paid the pending balance for this month. Still have no access restored.

This is amatuer hour, it has happened at least three times in the last few months. I’m going to have to switch to a different AI provider if this continues. Absolutely unacceptable.

So basically, what looks like has happend is our account was DOWNGRADED from Tier 3 to Tier 1. Tier 1 has a $250 monthly limit, so because of that all our requests fail as we have spent well over $3k so far this month. All payments are up to date.

Someone from Google please help, there’s no way I can upgrade back to Tier 3. :sob::sob:

Yes, we can see you are on Tier 1.

Can you also see that I have spent more than $3k this month so it’s not possible I was on Tier 1 which has a $250 monthly limit?
