Unresolvable Entitlement Corruption & AI Studio Bugs (Stuck in Support Loop via Third-Party Billing)

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out here on the advice of Google Support, as I am currently stuck in a support loop between the Google Developer Program and Google One Support regarding severe issues with my Google AI Studio access. I am hoping a Google Engineer or GDE can help untangle this administrative/technical block.

The Core Technical Issues in AI Studio: I have been experiencing consistent functional interface bugs in Google AI Studio, specifically:

  • Token count errors.

  • Video analysis malfunctions.

The Account / Entitlement Block: My Google account currently has a Google One AI Ultra tier subscription, which is managed through a third-party provider (Reliance Jio).

  • Developer Program Support directed me to Google One Support to fix what appears to be an entitlement corruption/synchronization error between the AI Ultra tier and the Developer Program.

  • Google One Support informed me that because my plan is managed by Reliance Jio, they lack the administrative access required to modify my subscription, re-link my account, or fix the sync error.

Attempted Troubleshooting:

  • Standard troubleshooting, including age verification, did not resolve the entitlement corruption.

  • I requested that Support simply remove the Pro link from my account entirely so I could just revert to using the free tier of AI Studio, but they are unable to do this due to the third-party billing restriction.

My Request: I am caught in a loop where no standard support tier has the admin rights to fix the sync error or unlink the Pro status to restore my access to the free tier.

Is there a way for the engineering team to manually force-sync the entitlements for this account, or alternatively, manually remove the third-party billing block on the developer side so I can access the free tier and resume my work?

Any guidance or escalation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Anapartiswamy

I have DM’ed you for more details

Hi Mustan,

Thank you for following up.

To clarify, I am not experiencing any issues accessing AI Studio—the interface and all other features are working perfectly fine. My issue is strictly isolated to processing videos.

A crucial detail is that this video processing problem only started occurring immediately after my Google AI Pro subscription was linked to my Google AI Studio account. It seems the subscription/entitlement linking might have triggered this specific bug.

Hi Mustansir,

I have been facing this problem for the past three weeks, which is preventing me from completing some of my works. Please look into this as a priority.
