API Credits missing and access restricted on Jio 18-month Gemini plan

Dear Google AI Support Team,
​I recently activated the 18-month Gemini trial plan via the Jio offer, but I am unable to use the services.
​Here are the exact issues I am facing:
​There are no API credits showing in my Google AI Studio account.
​My API access seems to be restricted or completely hidden.
​Video generation tools (like Flow/Veo) are also not generating anything.
​I am logging in with the exact same Gmail ID that I used to claim the offer on MyJio. Could you please check my account from the backend and fix these access issues?

Adding one more screenshot as absolute proof. As you can see, my API key in Google AI Studio is showing under the ‘Free tier’ and it is asking me to ‘Set up billing’.

This clearly confirms that my active 18-month Jio Gemini Advanced (AI Pro) subscription has not been synced with my Google AI Studio / Developer account. Because it thinks I am on the free tier, my video generation quotas are locked. Please sync my subscription status to my developer profile to fix this bug.
