Tier 2 Upgrade not showing

Hello!. Why can’t I upgrade to Gemini API TIer 2, even though meeting the criterias in the documentation? 2 invoices paid, totaling over $250. We’re kind of getting close to the limits and would like to increase the RPD limit. It would be great, if you can check, whats happening. Thanks!

That doesn’t help - I’ve been round a loop getting nowhere. I think they’re focused on Vertex and not using the Gemini API directly. I’m currently stuck on Paid Tier 1, but I need to go to Tier 2 to enable me to load test my app. I have payment history & the “upgrade” option on the Tier 1 doesn’t appear. Please help!

I have been paying successfully for over half a year now, with total invoices amounting to hundreds of dollars (which is well over the documented criteria for the upgrade). However, the button to upgrade to Tier 2 is still completely missing from my account.

Currently, I am stuck on Paid Tier 1. The lower rate limits are severely restricting my project, keeping my app stuck in a “demo” state because it cannot meet production environment demands.
