Can't update Gemini Tier 2 , Please Help

Subject: I want to upgrade my Gemini Tier 2 (currently Tier 1)

Process: According to the Gemini agreement (Tier 2 Total spend: > $250 and at least 30 days since successful payment).

But I have already paid a total of over $293. The first payment was made before August (more than 30 days ago), but I can’t find the upgrade to Tier 2 button on Google AI Studio.
