Please verify the date of the last payment. If it was more than 30 days ago and you still haven’t received access, please contact Cloud Billing Support for assistance.
Note: Payments made using credits typically do not contribute to the payment threshold for the upgrade.
I contacted cloud billing support previously and they requested i make an inquiry here.
My last payment was August. I spent more than $500 in total. Please help.
