I am currently using the Gemini API through Google AI Studio.
My current Tier level is Tier 1, and I would like to upgrade my project to Tier 2, but even though I have met all the required conditions, the upgrade option is still unavailable.
I have already spent over $500 on this billing account since 2024, which exceeds the Tier 2 requirement ($250). However, my tier is not being updated automatically.
Please review my account and let me know why the upgrade is not being applied.
