Tier 1 to Tier 2 upgrade stuck (Requirements met)

Hello. My billing account has successfully paid over $600 and is active for more than 45 days. I meet all the requirements for Tier 2. However, due to a declined transaction on Jan 28 (which I immediately resolved on the same day by paying manually with a new card), my automated upgrade to Tier 2 seems to be stuck. Could you please review my payment history and upgrade my Generative Language API quotas to Tier 2 levels for production use?

Hey! I’ve got a very similar issue - Project tier is not being upgraded despite meeting requirements and my account tier actually being higher. Did you manage to get this fixed at all?

Can you provide the project number (not the project ID) via direct message? To send a message, click on my profile name and select the Message button.
