The limit renewal is on April 2, 2026?

Hello everyone, good day!

For some time now, we’ve all been having issues with Antigravity limits, and I still haven’t seen an explanation (if one has been provided, please share it with me!). I hadn’t used Antigravity for a long time, but today I wanted to use it again and chose the Claude Sonnet 4.5 model. I was only able to use it for a very short time before getting a “your limit is full” warning. Previously, when my limit was full, it would refresh after 5 hours, but last time it said it would refresh not after 5 hours but after a few days (it mentioned about 6 days later), so I wanted to check when it would refresh again. And what I saw was: April 2, 2026. Is this a joke? Am I really going to wait exactly two months for a model’s limit to refresh? This is truly ridiculous! Are there others experiencing the same issue? I’m genuinely curious! I’m really hoping for a reasonable explanation on this matter. While the Claude model still provides a 5-hour refresh time when used directly from its own website, I’m genuinely curious why Google is setting the date exactly two months ahead.

Model quota limit exceeded

You have reached the quota limit for Claude Sonnet 4.5 (Thinking). You can resume using this model at 2/4/2026, 5:38:06 PM. You can upgrade to the Google AI Ultra plan to receive the highest rate limits.

What version are you on?

How do I check my version?

They use the American date format. It’s limited to February 4th.

In the top menu bar: Help → About

Also: the date isn’t random - it’s the standard US date format, Month/Day/Year (MM/DD/YYYY). So for you as well, that would be today in the afternoon.

If that’s true, and you’re on the latest version that came out a few hours ago, then maybe it fixed a problem that thousands of us have been struggling with for weeks. Please let me know which version you’re on.

Kira, were you able to test the new version (1.16.5)? I am not able to update to it. Some people already reporting, that the new version introduces a bug, that does not allow you to switch the account…

Thanks for helping, here is the my AntiGravity About:

If the date system indicates this afternoon for me as well, as you mentioned, I will let you know. I hope that is the case and that everyone’s issue has been resolved; that would make me very happy indeed.

Hello, thank you for your help. I will wait for the time AntiGravity mentioned and keep you informed.

So you are at 1.15.8, meaning the oAuth issue not fixed in your Antigravity…

I’m sorry for my lack of knowledge. Does this mean it will be renewed today, or is it April 2nd? Could you please provide some information about the oAuth issue?

So the rate limit renewal is set for April 2 2026 which means you will hit the cap again before that date if usage stays high this usually means you either need a higher quota or optimized calls can you share which API endpoints are being hit like mine expire just because of [roblox mod menu]most and your current usage patterns so we can figure out whether batching or quota upgrade is the real fix here?

Hello, thank you for your response. I am a back-end web developer. However, I generally do everything myself manually. I only had about 30 lines edited in a 1000-line CSS file, and I sent a maximum of about 10 requests.

Potentially, but do not expect to much. After it expires, and when you try again it will potentially lock you out for days again until they are not fixing the log in issue.

You can read more about it here: Google AI Pro Subscription - Antigravity Quota Not Working as Advertised (10-Day Lockout Instead of 5-Hour Reset) - #193 by Krisz_Kom

No, I haven’t received the update yet, as they’re rolling it out in sections. In any case, I’ve decided not to update for now. I’ll wait and see how things go.

I don’t think there’s a login issue now, at least for me. The free and PRO accounts work differently. The free account has one five-hour block per week, while the paid account has about 2.5. So it’s not an authentication issue like before, when one waiting period would instantly change to another. It’s simply a reduction in quotas, which I understand is entirely planned.

Hello folks!
We acknowledge that this regional formatting can be confusing for our international community.
It is important to clarify that the Antigravity interface currently utilizes the American date format (MM-DD-YYYY). In this convention, the month is listed before the day.
Thank you @Krisz_Kom for helping our community.

This is not a joke it is just terrible quota management forcing people to upgrade by locking basic users for months while the same model refreshes in hours on its own platform Google needs to be honest and stop pretending this is normal because this is straight up artificial limitation and everyone knows it

Sounds like Google wants people to choose some other IDE (Claude Code? Cursor?) for a professional use over Antigravity for the $20 price …

Google has scammed you all, and they will never change. They want to favor their Gemini model, which is unable of doing half of what Claude can do. stop paying pro/ultra account.

I have the same problem with a PRO account and Google didn’t answer. Bye bye antigravity!
