I am writing to formally report an issue with my current high-tier subscription. I am currently paying $300 USD per month specifically for a plan that provided a 5-hour refresh cycle for my AI model quotas.

However, I have noticed that the refresh time has been unilaterally changed to 18 hours without any prior notification or explanation. As a software developer, this 13-hour increase significantly disrupts my production environment and professional workflow, making the service no longer fit for the purpose for which it was purchased.

Because the service level has been degraded without notice, I am requesting:

An immediate explanation for why the refresh cycle was altered.
