I got a 5 day lockout period and I waited for it to reset and even renewed my subscription in between. On the day my limits are supposed to reset, I get hit with another 7 day lockout without even using the App. I would like to cancel my Subscription and get a refund.

same here, this is absurd, i did a few prompts, nothing complex, and already saying it will refresh in 6-7 days.

To make matters even worse, I was originally told I had a 3-day restriction starting on the 9th. Today was supposed to be the day it reset, but when I checked, the timer had suddenly jumped to 7 days.
It feels like the goalposts are constantly moving. It’s incredibly frustrating to see these arbitrary numbers, especially as a paid Pro user. Does Google even have a consistent logic for these quotas, or is this just a massive technical glitch?

In my case, even worse on Ultra subscription, the timer was meant to be reset in 20 minutes, but then it suddenly jumped to 24 hours.

Are you guys being serious? We get locked out for TWO weeks straight, and your solution is to enable AI credits we ALREADY HAD? How about you guys fix the problem instead of throwing a bandage and a kiss on it. I feel terrible for those who paid yearly subscription. Time to switch to a better LLM.
